Over the past few weeks, I’ve walked through why so much training blends in, even when the content is genuinely good, and given you the three-question audit I use to figure out exactly where a piece of training is falling short.
Now I want to invite you to do something about it, live, with me, over three days.
It’s called LOOK/FEEL/RESPOND: A Live Training Audit, and it starts October 13th.
Here’s what we’re doing:
Day 1 (Oct 13): We run the Look/Feel/Respond audit together. You’ll pull up one piece of your own training and walk away knowing exactly which dimension, look, feel, or respond, is holding it back.
Day 2 (Oct 14): We tackle the part nobody tells you about: how to fix it without rebuilding everything from scratch. I’ll show you the build-once-reuse-everywhere method, so the fix you make this week keeps paying off on every future module.
Day 3 (Oct 15): You finish building your fix, live, with real feedback. Then in the Finale Masterclass that same day, I’ll show you what it looks like to take this approach and scale it, for every module, every course, every stakeholder request, without it eating your whole week.
This isn’t a lecture series. It’s not another course sitting half-finished in your inbox. It’s three focused sessions, 45 minutes each, where you leave with something actually built, not just more information.
Who this is for:
If you’re the instructional designer, trainer, or L&D professional inside a mid-to-large organization, often working solo or on a lean team, and you’re tired of feeling like you’re constantly playing catch-up on training that should feel more current, this is for you.
You don’t need design or development skills. You don’t need a finished project to bring just one piece of training, even a rough one, to work with. And you don’t need to be an expert in anything. You just need to show up ready to do the work.
The details:
The bootcamp is $27 for the core experience. There’s also a VIP option at $47 total, which includes live Q&A access with me throughout the week, lifetime replay access, and a private onboarding call if you decide to keep going afterward.
Register by October 7th and you’ll also get the Look/Feel/Respond Starter Kit, a short guide with worked examples so you can start spotting what’s missing in your own training before Day 1 even begins.

I built this because I kept watching talented L&D professionals pour hours into training that still felt invisible, not because the work was bad, but because nobody had ever handed them a clear lens for what “standing out” means. Once they had the lens, the fix usually took less time than they expected, not more.
I’d love to see you inside. We start October 13th.
